ORDERS

Delivery Times: If an item is listed as IN STOCK, please allow two business days for order processing. While we do our best to keep inventory up to date, during high volume times such as holidays, occasionally an item listed as in stock may have sold out. If this is the case you will be notified within one business day, and can choose to have the piece made to order, pick another style, or receive a refund. If an item is listed as MADE TO ORDER, order processing can take two to four weeks. Once your order ships, you will get a notification via email, with a tracking number. If you have a specific deadline or would like an item expedited, please email us before placing your order.

Shipping: Orders ship via FedEx Standard Overnight. If you require another option (messenger, First Overnight, International) please email us for a quote.

Cancellations: If for any reason you want to cancel an order, please contact us within one business day. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Gifts: If you would like gift wrapping or to include a personal message with your order, please let us know.

Sales Tax: 8.875% sales tax applies to all orders shipped within New York State.

Returns & Exchanges: We hope you love your jewelry. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will replace it with another piece or issue a store credit. Refunds may be issued only on pieces that were in stock at time of purchase and show no evidence of wear, damage, within seven days from purchase date. No refunds on made to order items. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and assumes liability for the value of the piece until it reaches us safely. Please contact us for RMA number and return shipping address.

Modification, Refinishing & Repairs: Once worn, an item is not eligible for return or exchange. If a worn item requires modification, refinishing, repair or replacement, please let us know. In some cases we can provide a cost estimate via email; in other cases we must inspect the piece in order to determine costs. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and assumes liability for the value of the piece until it reaches us safely. Please contact us for more information.
